Drag & drop to reorder PDF pages
Last updated: 2026-10-08
Reorder Pages is a free online tool for rearranging the page order of a PDF without altering page content. Users either drag and drop pages visually or type a new sequence, such as 3,1,2, to place page 3 first, then 1, then 2; the same syntax also allows intentional page repetition, e.g. 1,1,2,3, to duplicate a page while reordering. All processing runs locally in the browser via pdf-lib, meaning the original PDF is never sent to a remote server — relevant for confidential documents. The operation is lossless: each page keeps its original resolution and formatting, only its position in the document changes. There's no limit on document length or number of pages reordered. This tool is commonly used to fix scan order from a multi-page scanner, reassemble a contract's pages correctly, or move an appendix to the end of a report. No account or installation is required.
Enter the new page numbers in desired order. For example: "3,1,2" puts page 3 first, then page 1, then page 2.
